Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic shipping (Brazil)
Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, at a flat rate of R$22.00. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are also shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International shipping
We currently ship internationally to a limited number of countries. Because some items are fulfilled through our supplier network, international delivery times may vary and can take longer than domestic orders, typically between 10 and 25 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Delays
Occasionally shipments may be delayed due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at tools.inception@gmail.com and we will help track it down.
